We are thrilled to share two feature stories for Marriott's Convention and Resort Network in the February issue of Smart Meetings as a result of Senior Content Editor Gary Diedrich's participation in the Hawaii press trip.
The first full-page story titled, "A Quartet of Hawaiian Islands," highlights The Network's expansive collection in Hawaii with each property's number of guest rooms and meeting space offered. The story showcases how The Network incorporates Hawaiian culture into group activities, spotlighting the locally focused cuisine and abound options for guests to experience local cultural and historical attractions. An image of Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa at Keauhou Bay accompanies the piece, and this story is also featured on Smart Meetings online.
In the second story titled, "Memories of Hawaii: The Aloha State Floods The Senses With Adventure And Discovery," Gary recounts his time on the trip describing The Network's extensive collection across the Hawaiian islands and highlights a number of cultural activities that he experienced. Gary notes the variety of meeting spaces across the properties and shares, "Marriott's CRN offers something for every meeting planner." The story is accompanied by three images from the press trip, including a photo taken at Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa.
